You want to have actual kickback. I don't see the slider moving AT ALL.
The feet were a bit choppy and unnatural.
The left hand was ok, but I didn't understand the movement you made with it. That hand also seemed like it wouldn't be used in that situation.
Other than that, it's fine. The gun shot seemed very nice, although a little bit awkward. Still, very nice.
